Laly is an AI-powered virtual assistant designed for doctors and medical practices in Latin America, operated by Leandro Fermín as a sole proprietor. We are currently in pre-launch phase. By joining the waitlist, you will receive notifications about the launch and may access the product early.

2. Waitlist Registration

By providing your email address:

• You confirm that the information provided is accurate.
• You agree to receive communications related to Laly's launch.
• You may request removal from the list at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Laly and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

Laly is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

5. Nature of the Service

Laly is an administrative support tool for medical practice management. It does not provide diagnoses, treatments, or medical advice. It does not replace professional medical judgment or the doctor-patient relationship.

6. Future Service Use

When Laly becomes available, use of the product will be subject to additional terms that will be presented before service activation.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws in the user's jurisdiction, respecting consumer protection and personal data regulations in each Latin American country where we operate.
